no jumbotron pic on mobile version

Hi Laranz (or someone else from the team),

I have some problems with the mobile version of the theme. The jumbotronpicture looks ok in the desktop version, but on my phone or iPad there is no header picture. Therefore you can’t see a menu either which is not good. Once you scroll down, the rest is fine. How do I solve this? Because it took me a while to get the picture right on the desktop version…

Hello there,

I hope you are doing well today.

Please deactivate any third party plugins that you may have active and check to see if the image then appears on mobile as one of these plugins could be causing the issue.

Hi,

I still have no header picture (jumbotron) and so no menu on the mobile version of my site. I tried deactivating all plugins, but it didn’t change. Any ideas?

Can you add this Custom CSS in Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS,

#header {
    background-size: cover !important;
}
