I’ve been trying to figure this part out but keep coming up clueless. On the main page, there is the ability to “leave a comment”, but when I click on the actual post, there’s no way to comment from that page. How can I fix? (Comments are enabled)

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Sparkling theme.
I visited your shared page and found you are using Disqus plugin therefore on your site the default comment form is replaced with Disqus form as shown in the attached screenshot.
If you disable this Disqus plugin then you will get the default comment form.
