Non-escaped HTML in Widget Titles

Hi, is there a way to not escape HTML in widget titles?

Specifically, I’m trying to add simple HTML tags like <strong>text</strong> or <em>text</em>to the title field in the Shapely Parallax Section for Front Page widget, but it keeps just preserving the tags as text instead of interpreting them.

I’ve tried it a couple different typical WP ways and can’t get it to work.
