Not sure how to edit homepage template

Hi there,

From searching on the forum it doesn’t appear to show any relevant results so I am creating a new thread. Sorry if this has already been mentioned!

I have installed the Shapely theme onto my website https://www.ryanbarrett.ie/ and I am trying to edit the homepage. I cannot edit it - when I go into the page editor it shows nothing, just a blank box.

Is there any tool I need to be able to edit the homepage?

Hello there,

I hope you are doing well today.

The homepage is controlled by widgets so you need to install the Shapely companion plugin via Appearance > Install plugins, then go to Appearance > Widgets and you would add the Shapely widgets to the FrontPage widget areas to have them appear on the homepage.
