# of posts on homepage

Hey guys, I’m looking to reduce the number of posts that display on the homepage. It currently defaults to 6.

Hi @adampuddicombe,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

You can reduce it from the WordPress option “Blog pages show at most” which is displayed in the Reading Settings of your WordPress site as shown in the attached screenshot.
