Only show Site Title in Tab & Google (Not

I would like to only show my site title in the tab and on google search.

Right now it shows “Home” on everything because I named the static page “Home”. Thought that is better than “Front Page”.

To be clear the default is “Font Page” I changed it to “Home” but I would like for it to NOT be seen on the tab.

How can I achieve this?
