I have looked and looked, but can’t find the code to add padding just to this section.

What exactly you want to do with the image? its parallax image, it can not be moved like other elements on the site

I wanted to nudge how much the of the bottom of the image it displayed,
but would it just be a case of me cropping my image, or can i change the padding on that section?

Sorry but this is not possible, because the height of the parallax section is calculated by JS and we cant override it by css
