Page Headers

Hi,
Firstly thanks for a great theme!
Can you please provide the css to hide the header text on static pages and blog pages?
Currently on Static pages, I see the page title shown twice in the feature image and on the main body (including the author and date). On blog and other pages it just shows up in the feature image. I would like to hide all headers across all pages.

Secondly, how do I make the active page be highlighted in the main menu?
Currently when I hover over a link it goes from light grey to dark grey. I would like it to be bold for the active page?

Thanks for your help

Hello there,

I hope you are doing well today.

You can use the following CSS code to remove the titles by going to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and pasting it there.

/*Remove blog titles and pages*/
.post-content .entry-content .post-title a, header {
    display: none;
}
/*Active menu item color*/
.menu li a:active {
    color: red;
}

Hi,
Thanks for your quick help, unfortunately this code just hid the main menu.
The site link is www.mwsc.org.au
In the attachments I have shown the blog link, which shows the single header text, so I want to keep the image, but hide the text
Also on the static pages, I want to hide the page title, and author and date details.
Thanks again

Hello there,

Thanks for that information.

You can use the following CSS code to remove the text by going to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and pasting it there.

/*Remove titles*/
.header-image-bg .page-title, .post-content .entry-content .post-title a {
    display: none;
}
