Parallax sections not showing full text content

Hello,
I have two front page parallax sections that aren’t showing all of the text on desktop or mobile versions.
One is a Full Background and one is Small background. If all the text shows up on the top parallax section, most of the text won’t shop up on the bottom section, and vice versa. Please let me know what I can do to fix this. Thank you very much.
