Parallax Widget Customization

Is there any way to customize the parallax widgets to modify the following:

-Height of section
-Font - color, size, make new paragraph
-Color of background of parallax section
-Color of button text (the second button text is invisible on a black background

And also to add
-Video
-Slideshow/slider

Is there a plugin you would reccomend to accomplish these things?

-Height of section - with php changes, custom work, you need a developer
-Font – color, size, make new paragraph - give us your url and we could give you a cs code
-Color of background of parallax section - give us your url and we could give you a cs code
-Color of button text (the second button text is invisible on a black background - give us your url and we could give you a cs code

And also to add
-Video - with php changes, custom work, you need a developer
-Slideshow/slider- with php changes, custom work, you need a developer
