Parallax Widget for Homepage: Background Full size image

Hi

Could you please tell me what size you would recommend for an image that is to be used in the IMAGE POSITION - BACKGROUND FULL.

I have a very large image uploaded which works fine on mobile and desktop, but does NOT work on an iPad.

The image I have uploaded has a size of 2048 x 1000px, so I am guessing that I will need to change this to a smaller size. Please advise what size will work.

I am not sure what you meant by the background image does not work on an iPad. Does it mean it doesn’t display at all or more or less in size?

Please advise.

Also is the background image set on our demo site https://colorlib.com/shapely/ working fine for you on iPad?

Hi

Thanks for your reply: I figured out what was happening. The image is fine - it was actually the fact that I was re-directing the URL from one domain to another. I am guessing, somewhere, the theme uses an iframe and that has caused the issues.

I have exported the site and re-installed it on the second domain following a reply you gave me on another topic.
