I’ve had multiple issues regarding the parallax widget sections and showing slightly off. I am using the full background first and it seems that it’s pushing everything below it down about an inch into the next widget section. You can see the line break for where the next widget starts but it still shows the full background pic from above. This then pushes the rest of the widgets below it down as well. I attached a screenshot of what I am talking about.
