not clearly understand your message, which license you purchased and where?
If you are asking about html templates then php side (the part tht is responsible on sending data from forms) of the template is not included in the package and this part is up to you

Thank you for your prompt response. You are right I was asking about web template. By the way it is a great service. Thank you for doing this. I will write my PhP code for the message sending. By the way, Can you do you some customizing work for a pay?
