php warning

All of a sudden, one of our sites was displaying this error:
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/a2pnexwpnas02_data02/62/3373762/html/wp-content/themes/oms-sparkling/header.php:12) in /home/content/a2pnexwpnas02_data02/62/3373762/html/wp-content/themes/oms-sparkling/header.php on line 23

So I deleted the Sparkling theme, and re-installed it. The error went away, but now it won’t acknowledge my header.php in my child theme.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I ended up deleting all themes. Downloaded Sparkling again, and installed it, and my child theme. Then everything started working correctly.
