plugins and demo content

Hi there,
I,ve started with a new wp install and want to use this theme. With demo.xml and wigets install the site looks very different and static. My first test last week (Shapley 1.04) works perfect with demo content. It seems to be it needs more plugins. Only Jetpack and Yoast SEO was requested by Shapely, but I remember there were more last week. My admin panel also did not show a portfolio section.
