Podcast Player - Javascript?

Hi there,

Amazing theme and thanks for supporting it so well.

I’m trying to use the smart podcast player plugin (https://smartpodcastplayer.com/) on the portfolio post.

I’ve installed it fine and inserted the shortcode but nothing shows. Their tech team is suggesting that it might be something to do with javascript not being run properly. Quoting them:

“There’s some kind of a problem with the Javascript on your site, and it’s affecting things aside from the Smart Podcast Player. Some basic Javascript libraries aren’t being loaded and aren’t available to scripts running on the page. I’m still working on exactly why this would be, but in the meantime can you tell me if you’re aware of anything on the site that would affect the Javascript?”

Any thoughts on what might be the problem?

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

I may have to submit this issue to the developer, as it could be a case of plugin compatibility.
Before doing this I’ll ask you to do the following troubleshooting steps to rule out plugin and theme compatibility.

Firstly Try changing to a default WordPress theme such as 2016 and test to see if the shortcode works.
If it does the problem is with the theme.
However, if it doesn’t solve the issue, disable all plugins except the podcast player plugin as well and test to see if it works.
