PORTFOLIO Widget - Sides cut off

Hi,

Can you let me know how to fix the problem with the left and right sides of my various works in the portfolio widget being cut off? I’ve attached a screengrab. Once you click into each work, you’ll see what has been cut off.

Hi,

Can you try disable the “Photon” module in the Jetpack and see that changes anything?

Let us know,

Thanks,

@laranz - Thanks for the reply.

I’ve disabled the “Photon” module in Jetpack, but that unfortunately has not changed anything. The sides are still cut off.

I’ve sent login credentials for this site in a Private Message in another support thread:

Thanks so much,

Hi,

Can you try this, By default WordPress adds a 10px margin to the full image size, to reset that, Go to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS and add this CSS Snippet in it,

.attachment-full { margin: 0 !important; }

Let us know,

Thanks,
laranz.

@laranz, thanks for the reply.

Unfortunately, I did add that bit of css, but it didn’t have any effect. Do you have any other suggestions?

Hi,

It seems have some difference, check this screenshot: http://take.ms/Ko3Cq

Let us know,

Thanks,
laranz.

@laranz,

Unfortunately, I’m not even seeing that bit of difference on either my Safari nor Chrome, nor on ipad or iphone. Either way, it’s still being cut off even in your example. Can you think of anything else that I could do to ensure that it doesn’t get cut off?

Thanks,
Jinhi

Hi Jinhi,

This is how it shows on my Safari, http://take.ms/rJSgE

If that didn’t work, can you try this image size? 480*480 or in that aspect ratio.

Let us know,

Thanks,
laranz.
