Portfolio will only show when I'm logged in my admin account

Hi There!

I’ve been attempting to create a portfolio page with my photographs. Whenever I access it logged in my admin account, it works perfectly, as shown in the first screenshot attached.
But whenever other people try to access it, it won’t show. It only appears my header! Could you please help me?
