Possible to add "Content Arrow" at bottom of Jumbotron section?

Is it possible to add a floating content down arrow at the bottom of the jumbotron section to indicate to visitors that there is more content below? Surely they can use the navigational menu, but this would be a nice visual call to action to have to get them out of the jumbotron section.

Such an option would require adding customization to the theme files. I’m going to mark if for the developer’s consideration. Hopefully, this will find it’s way into the theme’s development roadmap.
