Hey there

Sorry but this text is not from our theme, how it was you add it here? the method and HTML markup for this text is also not correct, you should fix this first

Hi there, thank you for your kind response.
It is definely the Illdy Theme and I have changed only using the “EDIT CSS” on the menu.
Anyway I will try to find a solution.
Kind regards

Hi, There,

Just a quick follow up.

I checked the page on mobile and everything seems to be just fine.

Were you able to fix the issue?

Hope to hear from you soon.

Thank you so much for your response.
Unfortunately I’m trying but I can’t fix. The only problem is the title and on my mobile it’s displaied as showed on the image I sent.
For the rest everything works fine

Good morning

The reason im saying this is that i see unusual html tags in the theme that is not included in our product, this is not correct tag and this is what cause problem, please see attached picture, is this created by you?

Good morning,
I’m trying to figure out what kind of modification I made.
I changed the padding but I didn’t touch anything else but I evidently have created the issue.
I don’t have so much competence to modify the code but trying to improve the site maybe I made some mistake.
This is the list of the CSS modifications but I don’t see anything in conflict:
/Remove skill bars/
.skill {
display: none;
}

}

Good morning

This problem is not caused by the CSS modification, CSS codes are not able to change HTML codes and for such mistakes indeed lack of competition is necessary :slight_smile: if yo are sure theme files are not change please reinstall or update the theme to the latest version and this problem will go

regarding update - if you are using the latest version of the theme open appearance > editor (make sure you are editing style.css file) and change the version of the theme to lover value than provided, this will trigger theme update function and you will be able to reinstall your theme,
you will not lose your settings or CSS styles

Good morning,
I’m using a child theme. I’m really afraid to touch the theme.
I have the 2.1.3 of Illdy version but is the parent theme.

Good evening

You can create a backup before doing this changes, I’m afraid without this process we can’t do anything, I’m sure template is modified and this modification is not the by far best way

I apologize for this further disturbance.
I made the backup from FTP. Saved all in a specific folder.
Now I have to uninstall the theme. Then I will reinstall the Illdy Theme.
Because of I made some CSS changes it will be enough to paste the CSS modification I added and everything will be the same as now?
Thank you very much and I’m sorry

Hey there

“Because of I made some CSS changes it will be enough to paste the CSS modification I added and everything will be the same as now?” - Yes it will be enough, just save your custom CSS somewhere in txt file and once you install a fresh copy of illdy theme paste it in the same place

Hi there,
I’m going crazy. I reinstalled the theme but nothing has changed.
The solution could be to remove the title of post and the category title but following the post on forum I couldn’t find the way.
Could you please send the CSS?
Thank you very much for your kind support

Good morning

Remove this code from your custom css and check again:

header#header {
height: 127px;
}

Thank you so much.
I tried to remove images and to reduce the size of the header but it’s not possible.
I decided to add images and that’s ok.
I’m so sorry to have been so insistent. As soon as my association will grow I will ask you for a suggestion about a premium theme by your kind and excellent company

Good evening

So, is everything now in order? :slight_smile:
I spotted this problem just now on this morning

Now is in order with a different solution :slight_smile:
Thank you again!

Ok, I will close this case now, Feel free to contact us again if you have other questions

Thanks!
