Posts Layout B not displayng featured images

Hi all,

Maybe I’m doing something wrong but my layout B is having problems displaying featured images.

Every time I update the layout (for example activate or deactivate comments) images come up, but when I publish, they disappear!

Any ideas?

Hello there,

I hope you are doing well today.

Please try disabling any third party plugins that were not bundled with the theme as one of them may be causing a conflict with the theme. Also, please go to Dashboard > Updates and ensure the theme is up to date.

Hi!

Doing good! Hope you guys too.

Everything is up to date.

As for the plugins… Well I can’t, I have a page builders and grid layout builders that I can’t deactivate. Any known incompatibilities?

Thanks for your time.

If I remove the featured image from the post, I get the black square, but as soon as I upload a new image, it vanishes!

Hi,

Same problem here, Layout A and the header module work perfectly. Only B, C and D don’t display pictures!
After disable and enable show comments in the customizer is shows the images, but after publish they disappear again.

Any suggestions?

Well, I found a way around it, Lucien. Installed a plugin called “content views” and created my own layouts with thumbnails.

Perhaps, Noda, can you go to Lucien backend and post the problem here?

Hello there,

I am not exactly sure what you meant by that request. Could you please clarify?

Best Regards,

Since I found a way around this problem, perhaps you can solve Lucien’s problem (which is the same as mine) by accessing his backend and then let us know what the problem was. If Lucien agrees with this, of course…

Yes no problem

Good evening

Thank you guys

Lucien, i think it will be a lot better for everyone if you open a new ticket, please go ahead and open a new ticket with small description and i will take a look
