Hi, can you create a website whereby I register companies on it, e.g painters. When a user enters the site they just entire their details and the size of the place to be painted and all the painters listed on my site get send quotation requests? The registration of the painters on the site will be on going, therefore I also need to be able to monitor that at the back end. Please advise on the price and the time it would take to build such a site. Thanks
