‘Primary Menu’ problem - does not work with Menu Image plugin. no picture at all. ‘Footer Links’ - works! what could be the problem?

if i’m delete “‘walker’ => new WP_Bootstrap_Navwalker (),” from the extras.php, then the plugin Menu Image works, but the menu doesn’t minimized with a small window size

which way to drip? probably a problem in Bootstrap 3

This needs investigation, the best idea, in this case, is to contact plugin/code provider, most probably they have experience with such problems
