1.How to optimize CSSs that are in Additional CSS section of My child theme.
2. Is there any plugin to combine them ?

Do you mean in the style.css file of your child theme or in the customizer Additional CSS section provided by WordPress?

customizer Additional CSS section . And about which “CSSs” the performance checker refers to for minimizing

Just minify the CSS from that section using this site https://cssminifier.com/ and then add it again in the Additional CSS section.
