I checked the markup of your site but didn’t find the submenu markup there.
Have you created the submenu in the admin area of your site?
If yes then could you please share the screenshot of it?

Could you please share me the page URL from your site which is not displaying on your mobile (Android) so that i can troubleshoot it?

I visited your products page on my android sony Xperia mobile and it’s working fine for me without any issue.
Could you please try clearing your mobile browser cache or using different browser?
It seems from your shared screenshots that you have created sub pages but didn’t create sub menus so please try creating it as described on the following page.
