Problem with slider and featured image size

Hello,
I have problem with the size of featured image and slider.
I uploaded a picture with this dimension: 1920x550
So in the slider it is ok, but featured picture image cut in the left and right edge, and that is not ok, because it cut important part of the picture. There is to let it appear with same proportion of the slider?

I had a look at your site and both images seem to be loading just fine depending on their layout and the aspect ratio.

Kindly explain to me more on the same so that I may be able to advise further.

Thank you for your prompt reply.
I would like the featured image appear totally and not cut in the edges, because there could be something important in the edge.
So how I can do for have featured image shown totally?

I also noticed that slideshow in mobile version change a lot in vertical or horizontal version and do not appear titles of the articles.

I’m sorry but this is how it works, unfortunately, there is no option to disable this feature which is actually WordPress function.
Without template files customization im afraid this is not possible
