Problems detected in anchor and page change

Hi, I’ve detected some issues with the theme. I would like to share with you, maybe it’s my mistakes, but come on.

First, the buttons available in the sections of the theme when they are linked as anchor to a section in the home itself, they do not work.

Second, when we leave the home to portfolio for example, and click on the menu in contacts, which is located in a section in the home, it does not return correctly, the page reloads for index always positioning at the top and without loading completely.

You’re able to edit the buttons in the customizer by renaming and adding links.

I’m not clear on the second problem.
