I uploaded the plugin Slide Anything on my shapely site. Everything worked fine, but I wanted the pro version. The license key I bought is not working. The seller was very helpful, but none of his solutions worked so far. One issue he suggested, could be some security software that’s part of wordpress theme.

Sorry but not clearly understand your question, how can i help you? you have a problem with the plugin license, we are theme author, “some security software that’s part of WordPress theme.” - can you tell me more details about this?
You may also try to use default WordPress theme temporary to activate pro version of the plugin and then switch to our theme
