# Purchased hamlet theme

I was able to purchase the hamlet theme and downloaded but after checking my file manager to confirm the downloaded zip i was immediately logged out. Please i need to know what to do my email is: [Jimonijaye38@gmail.com](mailto:Jimonijaye38@gmail.com)

Sorry, not clearly get the question, you were logged out from where? did you find your download in the zipped folder? please share some screenshots of the problem.

I am unable to access my [colorlib.com](http://colorlib.com) account immediately after completing payment. Anytime I click on the “Account” tab I am only required to fill in email and a password which I do not create. Lastly, I have not yet received a confirmation mail on my purchased license. Please I need assistance

I see you made a purchase on 12 Apr, and you bought Hamlet template, have you tried to reset the password?

I will send you a download link privately and you will be able to download your template
