Something recently happened with my Theme Functions code and I had to delete and reinstall Activello. When I reinstalled some of our featured pictures are appearing broken.

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
Does the image exist in the media gallery in the admin area?
Could you please share me the page URL from your site where the image is not displaying so that i can troubleshoot it?
