AS you see in my website, the posts are shown in full text, but I want to add ‘read more’
how can I do that?

If you want to display the Read More button on the site when the full post is displayed then you can try achieving this by using the custom child theme of Sparkling theme shared in the following topic.

So many thanks to you
In order to avoid conflicts with my customization, I just uploaded the content.php file into my customized child theme. In Appearance > Customize > in looks fine, but when I exit the Appearance > Customize > the changes the seem to be effective.
what is wrong?!

I visited your shared site and the Read More button is displaying fine on it as shown in the attached screenshot.
Is it started working fine for you now?
