Reduce spacing in email sign up form

Hi,

I created an email opt-in form using contact form 7. I would like to reduce the space between each input and all the spaces where you see the red line in the attachment. At first I thought I had to do this in contact form 7, but after reading support forums it looks like I have to make this change in my theme.

What does the CSS look like to make these spacing changes?

I just wanted to let you know that the first space is the space between the top of the box and the h2. The second space is between h2 and h6. The others are the space between the inputs and the space between the last input and button.
