Refund for wp theme

I have a problem with a theme I just bought: JobFinderPortal - Free Job Search Website Template 2021 - Colorlib

It’s only HTML and we need the WP version.

Can I get a refund, please?

It was only an HTML template, not a WordPress, unfortunately, we don’t have a WordPress theme of that template

For example, you used Paypal for payment, right? you have to login in Paypal and initiate refund process from the PayPal
