Remove Blog Title Heading Over Image

Hi,

I’m trying to remove the titles from all my pages which are over my olive banner image. The titles are , Home, About, Shop etc.
My website is https://www.sanctuaryoo.com/ and I have used the Shapely theme.

I have only be able to remove both the title and image, not just the title.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
