There are 4 widgets in the footer but I do not need all 4. If I delete the widgets, the content still remains there. How can I get rid of it so that the widget space becomes blank?

I actually left the widgets there with blank content and that seemed to make it better. There is a still a small full width container but it is not a huge issue. Thanks!

What I have done, was to put one blank “Text” widget in each column. I believe that you can improve this detail with the next update.
