Remove Sidebar From Homepage

I am having trouble setting a single page on my website to have a different layout from the rest of the website - more specifically, I can’t seem to remove the sidebar from the static homepage without removing it from everywhere.

I’ve attached a screenshot of the only options that show up under “template” - they’re all blog related and none of them allow me to remove the sidebar from a static page.

Hey there,
I hope you’re doing well today

To change the look of the front page, you’ll have to do this using the customization options
From your dashboard go to Appearance > Customize > Travelifiy Main Options > Layout which will set your default layout.
Here you can set the Fullwidth page.
Use this to set the home page and use the page template options for pages with sidebars.

Hi there,

I attempted to do this, but I can still only see the the four options that I showed in my screenshot. There’s no option to select anything that gives me a sidebar on the other pages.

Hey there

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

You can try achieving this by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS option of your theme on the below path.

Admin Area -> Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS

/*remove sidebar from home and full width*/
.home div#secondary {
    display: none;
}
.home div#primary{
  width:100%

}
.home .post-featured-image{
  width: 100%;
  max-width:100%;
}
