Remove the post in the Homepage & replace with text section and category section

I love sparkling theme very much as it meets my requirement. But now, I am facing a difficulty in amending the Home-page to the design I wish it to be. So, I decided to post a support ticket here for looking a better answer.

I attached 2 pictures in the post.
Pic01 is the layout I design up to now.
Pic03 is the layout I plan to make it happen. However, I have no clue what shall I do next to amend it. Hope you able to enlighten me what is the next step to design it.

Hope you are having a good day and thank you for your question
There are 2 ways to achieve this,

  • you need a strong HTML, CSS knowledge to design this yourself from scratch, only with the theme features or
  • third party page builder plugins like beaver, site origin, elementor, WP backery etc
