is it allowed to remove the “Theme by Colorlib” in Footer and locate it in the imprint?
It would be great if it is allowed to have a clean Footer.

Yes you can remove it from the footer.
You can try just hiding it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Customize -> Shapely Options -> Other
.footer-credits {
display: none;
}
