Removing white space

Hello again!

I have attached a screen shot :slight_smile:
The areas I’m talking about, I’ve put green lines…

I am trying to minimise the white space to the right of the sidebar so it lines up with the header line (like the left hand side)…
I would also like to minimise the white space at the top of the post.
