Replace page title with a full width image

Hi, guys.
Please, could you suggest me how to hide the Page title (only on pages, not on posts) and replace it with a full width image (the featured one or other)?
I’ve seen in some older posts you’ve suggested to switch to the Child theme version, but I’m a little afraid of it: after a lot of problems with plug-ins compatibility, now I’ve hardly reached a perfectly performing balance, so I’d prefer not to change the actual version of the theme.

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

If you make changes in the theme file then you have to make these changes again after theme updation as changes made in the theme files get lost on theme updation so you have to use the child theme solution.

If you are OK with not updating theme then i can suggest you solution that will change theme files so please advise.

Also please share me the topic URL where you have seen the child theme solution.

On your shared topic i can only see the Sparkling child theme and not the child theme containing the solution for “Replace page title with a full width image”.

Please advise.

That solution is for Shapely theme and not Sparkling theme.

Do you want the solution for Shapely theme and not Sparkling theme?
