I love the Shapely theme and have used in the past for www.auburnareademocrats.org I am now considering using it to redo www.buddhistGlobalRelief.org. Here is my question. When i post to this forem, i see the keymaster responds to posts. Is there a usual turnaround time, such as 24 or 48 hours for reponses? My colleagues who are helping to make this decision to use Shapely would like to know how soon we can get responses before we make our decision to use Shapely. Thanks for any info from keymaster Nada or anyone else who has experience getting replies. Mary Helen Fein

For any of your queries on the forum, you should be able to get a response within 12 hours at most. However, typically most of the issues are responded to in less than 6 hours
