My next problem is, sometime the responsive menu (primary menu) doesnt load everytime.
Sometimes yes, sometimes no …. whyyyyyyyyyyy? ;O)

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Travelify theme.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Could you please share me your site URL where it’s happening so that i can troubleshoot it?

i have tested with the original theme, without changes. the same … the responsive menu dowsnt work correctly, after reload or when i go back to startside.
also i have deactivaded all plugins. it doesnt work correctly.

It seems happening on your shared site due to the javascript error message occurred on your site as shown in the attached screenshot.
Have you made any changes in the Travelify theme files?
Please try deleting and reinstalling fresh version of Travelify theme.

I can see all plugins are not disabled on your site like Contact Form 7.
