Responsivity and the Perfect Size of Header Image

Hi Everyone

Please I would like to know what is the proper size of header image to show it perfectly on all devices (pc, laptop, tablet, smartphone)

Ive attached two images, one in my desktop and the other on smartphone

The image that I’ve added has 1.920px × 451px

So, what is the best size to fit in all devices?
