Right Sidebar Issues

I want to delete some things in my right sidebar, however, I cannot access the widgets that I used for the sidebar all of the sudden. I just used the text widget and pasted HTML in there but it is now saying there are no widgets. I can see them on my page.

What am I doing wrong?
