Could you please tell us which safari browser version you are using and if possible also share the screenshot of it so that we can troubleshoot it?

No point in a screenshot so i explain.
I can goto colorlib.com
If i try to navigate to anything the page will not load at all, the loading bar in Safari just gets stuck and the pages stay blank.

I have just tested it on my machine and it is working fine for me.

Are you using safari browser on desktop or mobile device and which OS are you using?

Im using Safari browser on desktop with El Capitan 10.11.6.

Im using Version 9.1.3 of Safari by the way.
Works fine on Chrome, etc, but not on Safari.

Which page are you trying to navigate? Is the site home page https://colorlib.com/ working fine for you?

Yes the colorlib.com page works fine.
It doesnt matter what page i try to navigate to from the top domain, all links result in Safari not loading the pages.

You will be glad to hear that the latest Safari update appears to have resolved the issue.
