Is it possible to download/install demo pages/content for Sparkling theme somewhere?
I have another site running Shapely theme, and I am pretty sure I could download some demo content for that in the theme settings - but i can’t find something like that for Sparkling?

You can export existing content from the WordPress dashboard > tools > export
This is default WordPress function, please check it before taking decision to make sure this is what you wanted
