Simple Custom Post Order is nice and simple, but on the post type admin lists, it does not allow for ordering when sorting by the thing that it orders, i.e., /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=custom&orderby=menu_order&order=asc
Default post type sort is by published date. I can only re-order using this. If I change the sorting using the post name or the menu_order it does not allow me to re-order anything.
