Scroll to Section ID isn't smooth

Hey! I’ve set my site to scroll to section IDs, but the scroll doesn’t seem to be smooth and it doesn’t seem to land cleanly on each section. (Particularly, the Services section). You can see the site right now at http://insightscareercoaching.com/wp

You need to include the only hashtag in the menu link property and not full link:
