Search placeholder replacement

First of all i would like to wish Happy new year 2017 to all of you !!!

I want to replace the search placeholder text.
I already tried some solutions that found on support forum but no luck.

Actually i would like to translate the text of placeholder.
I already started the theme translation and placeholder text is part of this

First, make sure that you have a child theme, then you will need to edit this file:

I solved it with theme translation but anyway i learned something more from your reply.
And yes i am using child theme
