Second Header Color

Hi, I am using the shapely theme. I am trying to edit the color of that grey second header/subheader? I cannot locate that in the settings. I have attached a photo and link below. Basically I want to turn the light grey darker. Also, I want the second page title “About us” (above the picture) hidden. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
